Greenways are being preserved in the Springfield area, mostly through the efforts of concerned citizens like you.

Ozark Greenways staff, members and trails user are saddened by the recent loss of Trail Watch volunteer, Ron Averett. Ron was an assett on the trails, helping people and the community. He never met a stranger, and will be missed.

Continued success depends on the enthusiasm, volunteer labor and financial support of the entire community. You can help create greenways by becoming a member and/or volunteer of Ozark Greenways.

With your membership contribution, you will receive the quarterly Greenway News, special invitation and the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping to shape our community for generations to come - one step at a time.

Become a member by sending a tax-deductible contribution with a membership application to
Ozark Greenways, P.O. Box 50733, Springfield, Missouri 65805. A donation of $25 or more will bring you the Ozark Greenways quarterly newsletter for one year to keep you informed, involved and proud of it!

 

Volunteer Opportunities

Become a volunteer by coming to our monthly trail work day on the third Saturday of each month or by giving us a call or e-mail to discuss other opportunities. There's something for everyone!
