Bike-Bus-Walk to Work Week

As part of Ozark Greenways' initiative to help create a more bicycle-friendly Springfield, we extend an annual "Challenge" to everyone who works or goes to school in Springfield. This is a fun rewarding event encouraging folks use alternative transportation to get to-and-from work or school at least one day during "Bike-Bus-Walk to Work Week". We think once you try it, you might just like it! You'll be helping the community and helping yourself. So get your workplace or school registered for the Challenge, if you're not already. And did I mention you get FREE stuff for being a registered participant??

It's free and easy. This is how you do it:
- Decide to take the Challenge - To get to and from work without your car at least one day during the event
- Recruit your co-workers to take the Challenge with you, and compete for the coveted traveling Challenge Trophy
- Don't forget to tell them everyone who participates at least one day that week gets a free breakfast from Panera. Yes!
- Register your workplace or school and print the handy sign-in sheet to tally your workplace participation (choose one person to be your contact person) If you registered last year, you're already good to go!
- Participate that week in May
- Turn in your tally sheet to us by email (that's when you get the stuff)
- Receive your free Panera breakfast voucher from us when we get your tally sheet (oh sweet coffee & bagel)
- Feel good that you're contributing to a more bicycle-friendly Springfield
